ZYQ IN CHINA

Shaolin
The ZY Qigong Association found its beginnings in China in the ancient institutions of Shaolin Monastery. Under Mingtang Xu's guidance, new programs have been established in the People's Republic of China. One of the largest and most active is located in the Henan, the home province of Shaolin. Chinese ZY Qigong practitioners cooperate closely with the associations and programs in the United States, Russia, Ukraine, and throughout the world.
The Image Therapy Research Institute in Beijing is an international center for research in this discipline. Its students are training for work in research and education within the PRC and in other countries. The first graduating class of the institute have set up a clinic practice in Kiev. Currently, a web site is under development in the United States to complement the institute's research projects.
The ZY Qigong Association of China is currently in the process of establishing a Healthy Foods and Herbs Corporation to aid in the treatment of patients and to promote good health.
The ZY Association in China cooperates closely with the international ZY organization to sponsor the annual summer Shaolin Intensives. Continuous efforts to expand the program are constantly underway, and a new practice hall is now under construction. The programs are expanding rapidly, and welcome students from the entire world. The cost of the intensives is held at a reasonable level to make the program accessible to anyone from anywhere who would like to develop their interest in qigong.
